Teacher's Workshop
A teacher training programme gives teachers the skills and contemporary pedagogical tactics they need to better relate to, oversee, and
instruct their students in a way that assures that all students are engaged and learning something. Several workshops were held for teachers
at Rightway School. Visiting Experts imparted the classroom management
knowledge & to orient the teacher and provide them with her know-how to become enablers for the entire process and journey of tinkering
in school.
A proficiency test measures level of language any the learners. The purpose of such test was to check teachers ability to handle language and to concern how will know it. Rightway School assign this responsibility to Suver Chala Kashyap she conducted the test for all teachers on 11th February, 2023.

Due to a lack of resources, many children are unable to receive a quality education, which contributes to poverty and the underdevelopment of communities. Every year, Rightway School awards scholarships to youngsters since a well-educated mind is essential for the growth of each and every person as well as society.
Extra class for 10 students :
Extra classes are a programme the Rightway School has implemented to raise pupils' average test scores to develop the exam performance of the Weaker students Additionally, they would feel more a part of the classroom and be more comfortable asking questions when they had them. This will benefit their academic performance and increase their interest in the subject. The goal of these initiatives is to successfully complete class 10 with respectable grades.
Remedial class :
School arranged Remedial Classes for the students who have temporarily fallen behind in their studies or need short-term support in their learning

Parent's Orientation
We shared the journey of our school in terms of its foundation, infrastructure and ethos and also briefed the parents about all the
educational initiatives in the school.
Parent-teacher meetings are very important part of school as students get a sense that their teachers and parents are observing them closely and rooting for their best performance, academically and in extracurricular pursuits by communicating with parents, teachers collect information about each child's interests, learning style, and needs that will help them effectively reach those children.

Career Counseling
Career cancelling helps students has choose the best career route, it helps them discover their strength and weakness. On November 15,
Rightway School sponsored a workshop with Career Naksha, Samarth Institute counsellor Tushar Karlekar to help kids learn about the
many career options. Different science, commerce, and art courses were introduced to the students.
On November 23, 2022, the school organised a vocational guidance programme with assistance from Ibrahim Bavany I.T.I., Vadodara, specifically for the male students in classes 8.9.10 and 11. In which details on numerous vocational programmes offered by this centre were provided.
On 17th February 2022, the School conducted workshop for students of standard 10th under guidance of international motivational speaker Syed Saeed Ahmed. The workshop was based on the universal theme entitled Apna Makam Paida kar (Design Your Own Future).
